🌅 As you and your clients consider end-of-year giving strategies, it is important to be aware of changes on the horizon when it comes to estate planning. With key tax provisions potentially sunsetting in 2025, the federal estate and gift tax exemption may decrease to approximately $6 million in 2026. This change could affect legacy planning. Read insights from our philanthropy experts to ensure you're prepared to act on behalf of your clients, helping them preserve their legacy while supporting the communities they cherish—especially as we enter the season of charitable giving.
