Headquartered in Arizona with more than 60 treatment clinics in nine states, CMS is dedicated to meeting the challenges presented by the growing opioid epidemic in communities where treatment is lacking.

How great is this? Our location in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin has put together a clothing and hygiene center in an unused corner of the clinic. This amazing resource has been built up through the donations from individuals who have lost loved ones to this disease, the generosity of community partners such as Autumn’s Closet - a local resale boutique - and the kindness of our own clients who may have been in need of similar items at some point in their lives. Clothing, personal hygiene items and more are available to any CMS patient to take what they need, when they need it. Now THAT is Community ❤️ #CMSGivesHope #OurCauseIsOurCausing
