SNOW DAY!!! ❄️❄️ We don't wanna go outside either, but we have to...because the snow isn't going to shovel itself, right? Follow these three quick tips to prevent injury: ✅ Try to push the snow, 𝗗𝗢𝗡'𝗧 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗧. If you have to lift, 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗞𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗦, 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 ✅ 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀. At least 5 minutes for every 30 minutes you're shoveling ✅ 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗞 𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥. Shoveling is hard. Make sure you're drinking water, because it'll help prevent strains and sprains.
