🎉 Important CGS leadership news! 🎉 We are delighted to announce the promotion of Vladimir Sterescu to President of CGS’ Global Outsourcing Division. With over 20 years of leadership experience at CGS, Vlad has been instrumental in growing our European operations and delivering world-class outsourcing services across industries including technology, retail, and finance. His innovative approach will further strengthen our ability to help clients elevate their customer experiences through innovative technology and exceptional service. Joining Vlad in new leadership roles are Cristian Berdila as Vice President of Operations for CGS Romania and Michael D. Mills as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Customer Success. Cristian, who started his CGS career in 2005 as a contact center agent for U.S. clients, will lead operations service delivery across six centers and 4,200 employees, ensuring seamless support for CGS’s clients. Mike, a U.S. Air Force veteran, will drive global sales strategies, build client relationships, and oversee contact center solution implementations. These appointments reinforce our commitment to investing in talent to help our clients thrive and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
