🇨🇿🇨🇴🇨🇱 Strengthening Czech-Latin American Cooperation 🌍 During our pilot site visits, COMUNIDAD met with Czech Embassy representatives in Bogotá and Santiago to discuss technology transfer, research collaboration, and innovation-driven partnerships between the Czech Republic and Latin America. Alvaro Guerrero Aguirre, an expert from our partner institution National Coffee Research Center - CENICAFÉ, and a key contributor to the COMUNIDAD project. Álvaro is an Electrical and Electronic Engineer with an MSc and is currently pursuing a PhD in Agricultural Engineering at the University of Wisconsin. His work focuses on integrating advanced electrical and electronic technologies into coffee processing and post-harvest systems, optimizing efficiency, functionality, and sustainability.
