With 600+ tons of mossy-sandstone boulders, the design features a main pond, a shallow intake bay, and an oversized wetland for top-tier water quality. The addition of a permeable paver patio offers both functional seating and smart rainwater management. CMHA is proud to announce the release of the first-ever Industry-Average Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for Concrete Masonry Units in the United States! This groundbreaking EPD highlights the environmental impacts of seven classes of concrete masonry units manufactured nationwide, based on data from 35 producers.
