    Just start and find out. That was my favorite take away from last week's Global Digital Transformation & Customer Experience Summit hosted by Conferenzia World in Berlin. Sometimes we take too long trying to find out ALL the information, trying to have a "perfect" product/solution/initiative or trying to wait for the "right" time that we can miss out. Sometimes we just have to do it and see what happens....if it goes well, then great! If it fails then either try and fix it or or move on to the next thing. But we need to start. So here's to all the challenges and opportunities that 2025 will undoubtedly bring (after the Christmas holidays of course)! 🥂
