A Feast of Gratitude in Our Evening ESOL Class! Our evening ESOL class celebrated Thanksgiving with a wonderful feast! Students gathered around a long table filled with a variety of delicious dishes, each brought by members of the class to share. The evening was a beautiful celebration of togetherness, where everyone shared not only their favorite recipes but also stories and laughter. It was a chance to experience the true spirit of Thanksgiving—gratitude, connection, and community. We are so thankful for moments like these that bring us closer together. Discovering Cranberry Sauce in Level 2 ESOL Today, the Level 2 ESOL students had a delicious and educational experience! As part of their lesson on American Thanksgiving, they tried cranberry sauce for the very first time. It was a big hit! Everyone enjoyed its sweet and tangy flavor, and many asked for seconds. In addition to tasting this traditional holiday dish, the students learned about Thanksgiving traditions, the significance of cranberry sauce on many holiday tables, and how this holiday emphasizes gratitude, family, and sharing meals. Experiences like this make learning English fun and help students connect with American customs in an engaging way. 🍁🦃✨ Have you ever tried a new holiday food and loved it? Share your story!
