Closure Announcement of Connection Publishing Dear Advertisers or Readers, Eight years ago, Melissa and I decided to put together a community magazine for our community in North Ogden. We named it North Ogden Connection because we wanted to create more connection in our community and in our own lives. It expanded to later include magazines in Syracuse, Roy, Ogden, Clearfield, and Weber County West. We have had so much fun creating content that we believed would make a positive impact on the communities we served. Unfortunately today, we announce the closure of the magazines. Over the last 2 years the financial success of the magazines has been greatly diminished by increased prices and a decrease in advertiser demand. We have previously closed all of the magazines except North Ogden and Roy and today we announce the closure of all of them. We have tried everything in our power to get the magazines to survive and thrive again, but unfortunately our efforts have fallen short. So with sadness and regret, we announce the closure. The November 2024 magazine is and was our last publication. The archive of the magazines will remain available on https://lnkd.in/gQBhKPvN until July 2025. We have loved the recipes, students of the month, feature articles, calendar of events, city news, and in general content that we hope enriched your lives, because it did ours. If you are a fan of the recipes, you can still get access to them at whattoeat4dinner.com. The websites for each magazine will continue until their annual plans are expired which is varied dates. We hope you have enjoyed the magazines as we have. We wish it was still a thriving business but alas, it is not. Please let us know if you have any questions.
