    🚨 EXCLUSIVE JOB 🚨 We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi on a 9 month contract for an international multidisciplinary consultancy. You would ideally be coming from a civils background as you will be running a huge civils project. A brief summary of the role is listed below: - Be the in-country day to day point of contact for DMT’s PM - Manage all day to day tasks, liaison and communications to the technical team and the DMT PM - Provide, update and communicate the project program - Set up all meetings, workshops and stakeholder meetings alongside the DMT PM - Providing rolling program of expected meetings, activities, deliverables for the week to the DMT PM a week in advance  - Update the technical teams on any new correspondence from client, directions or actions  - Ensuring that team experts are present in country when needed - Minute all meetings and provide copies of minutes to team and DMT PM - Support the Project Director in managing and delivering the project - Provide weekly progress update (every Friday) - Provide monthly reporting (last working day of each month).  - Produce reporting presentation slides (max 3) as required  - Manage risk register, providing an update each week as part of weekly reporting - Manage and deliver the Project Governance including, Document management, Communications management, Issue and conflict management - Manage the Sharepoint site - Manage any change control and update program to suit - Invoicing The client is looking for someone who is available to start immediately and will pay flights and accommodation.
