This looks useful for small slabs and foundations in difficult to reach spaces.
Efficiently Transport and Pour Concrete with an Excavator Bucket Attachment" A concrete bucket attachment for an excavator allows the efficient transfer of concrete from transit mixers to ground-level areas like floors and slabs. This simple attachment uses the excavator's bucket to scoop and transport the concrete, eliminating the need for additional equipment or manual labor. The concrete is then poured directly where needed, ensuring precise and consistent placement. This method streamlines the concrete pouring process, enhancing productivity and reducing spillage. It's especially useful for construction projects requiring efficient and straightforward concrete handling at ground level. video rights : Respective owners DM for removal/credits #excavator #engineering #civilengineering #construction #civilconstruction #engenharia #engenhariacivil #concrete #civilengineer

Project owners and designers, what do you think of this technology? Would you use it?
"Walk into your future home: Experience a 1:1 house plan come to life, seamlessly blending reality and design through augmented reality The innovative technology now allows us to step inside a 1:1 house plan in real life, with the plan superimposed on the floor. Utilizing augmented reality (AR), users can physically walk through a designated space while viewing the house plan directly on the floor through a smart device like a tablet or smartphone. This groundbreaking AR integration overlays the virtual plan onto the physical world, offering a tangible, immersive experience of the future living space. It revolutionizes how we interact with architectural designs, providing a real-time, interactive preview of the layout, enabling adjustments and enhancing decision-making before construction. video rights : Respective owners DM for removal/credits #houseplans #augmentedreality #architecture #architects #civilengineering #civilconstruction #engineering #mechanicalengineering #chemicalengineering #engenharia #engenhariacivil

Changes are on the horizon for the real estate industry. Having run the numbers many times, 6% of a 70% ARV flip was always near 50% of the profit in a deal. It's why many flippers became realtors or partnered with one. What's your experience? Do you think steps like this will change the real estate landscape? https://lnkd.in/dP7birbD

Doing what you say you will do is an incredibly valuable trait, yet surprisingly rare in real life. Think about it—how many times have you been let down by someone who promised to deliver but didn't follow through? It's frustrating, right? Whether it's a friend who bails on plans at the last minute or a coworker who misses a deadline, the lack of follow-through can erode trust and create unnecessary stress. In a world where flakiness seems to be the norm, being someone who consistently keeps their promises can set you apart in a big way. Now, imagine if you become known as the person who always does what they say they will do. When you make a commitment, whether it's big or small, people know they can count on you. This reliability not only builds trust but also enhances your reputation, both personally and professionally. Employers, colleagues, and friends will see you as someone who is dependable and trustworthy. This trait becomes a competitive advantage, making you stand out in job interviews, project teams, and even in social circles. The truth is, following through on your commitments is a simple yet powerful way to differentiate yourself. In a world full of broken promises and unmet expectations, being someone who delivers on their word is a breath of fresh air. It shows that you respect others' time and effort, and it reflects your integrity and professionalism. So, next time you make a promise, no matter how small, see it through. You'll not only enhance your own credibility but also set a standard that others will aspire to meet. Be the person who does what they say they will do, and watch how it transforms your relationships and opportunities. Interesting idea. Looks clean. Big investment and maintenance cost. I can't help but wonder if it's an overengineered solution to the wrong part of the problem. In my observations, most of the time loading a semi trailer, is spent maneuvering forklifts on and off truck beds. This system still needs bodies and forklifts to create and dismantle the stacks before and after being on the truck. What happens when the stack is a little too wide, too tall, irregular, or shifts during transport? And If one breaks down does the whole bay shutter until it's fixed? I think a more useful device would be a roller platform inside the truck that moves pallets to, from, and around, the bed interior. That way the forklift operator can place and pick up loaded pallets right off the back of the truck.
Logistics loading evergreen = One-shot loading / unloading a full truck or container powered by automation ⁉️ In less than 10 minutes SMED and lean approach powered by automation to improve the efficiency of truck loading/unloading ✅ saving loading time – up to 60 minutes, ✅ reducing the number of loading docks and fixed costs (e.g. heating or temperature control), ✅ monitoring of the entire load and increased storage space, ✅ reducing forklift traffic – the possibility of configuration with AGV and automatic flow from the loading area to the storage area SMED goes logistics….converting as many changeover steps as possible to “external” (performed while the equipment is running), and to simplify and streamline/automate the remaining steps.
