Speaker Quality is Everything The best events don’t just recycle the same names - they scout, vet, and coach new and established speakers. ✅ Watch past talk recordings before inviting someone. ✅ Offer speaker coaching—it transforms good talks into great ones. ✅ Balance seasoned experts with rising talent for fresh perspectives. 2. Networking is Just as Important as the Talks People attend for the sessions but stay for the connections. The best events engineer networking through: ✔️ More breaks = more conversations. ✔️ Pre-event dinners to kickstart networking early. ✔️ Well-designed spaces that encourage people to mingle. 3. Programming & Flow Can Make or Break the Energy ❌ Too many back-to-back talks = audience burnout. - 20-30 min talks + Q&A is the sweet spot. - No more than 2 talks in a row without a break. - 8 talks per day max.
