3 things I love about the team I work with at Convirza..... First, the energy. Everyone on the team brings a smile to work, whether we are doing really well or aren't hitting the results we are quite looking for yet. We celebrate each other's accomplishments and always lift each other up! More importantly, when a team member is struggling we rally around to support they're back on their feet. Second, collaboration. Each member of the team brings unique strengths, and I have found it very easy to ask for help from anyone. 😄 Every morning each team member is asked, "what support, if any, can the team provide to you today?". Lastly, feedback. We have developed a culture where we all love feedback. Constructive criticism is normal and encouraged. Each team member is very open to feedback-in fact we all want good feedback. Nobody gets defensive or shuts down to any degree when critiqued. Glad to be part of the team!
