UAs New York State’s largest owner and operator of manufactured housing communities, we are seeking dedicated individuals to help maintain and enhance our properties. Available Position: • Service Technician (Property Maintenance): In this role, you will be responsible for completing work orders, maintaining grounds, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the overall quality of our communities. The position requires comfort with outdoor work in all seasons, day travel among several communities, and proficiency with digital tools for paperwork. A high school diploma is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience in grounds, maintenance, or construction. A valid driver’s license and strong organizational and communication skills are also required.
