    A core element of Cootoh’s ethos is balance. For restaurant chefs, the typical work week is 60-70 hours with minimal pay, which ultimately is unhealthy and unsustainable for family life and personal life experiences. We’ve reignited passion for creative cooking by not only helping chefs earn more while working less, but through the ultimate reward; giving them time and space to get creative, seeing the expression on clients faces once their creation hits the table and the conversation to follow. Fulfillment, life balance, and keeping culinary arts alive. On the other hand, people who book chefs though Cootoh are typically time constrained. So we give busy people back 15-20 hours per week spent on planning, shopping cooking and cleaning up with personalized, healthy in home dining so they can focus on what matters most to them. We also give party hosts/entertainers back precious time planning their allowing them to be more present, as if they were a guest at their own event. Connecting people with the faces behind their food, transparency on ingredients and incredible personalized experiences. You can always make more money, but you can’t make more time.
