Every Thursday, we invite guests for lunch. Today, one of our guests was Sarah Thompson (Tall Poppy Projects), a butcher, brewer, and baker who won Best Biscuit in Philly. One trip to Berkeley Bowl, 30 minutes, and a 3-D-printed biscuit cutter later, we were treated to the best biscuits we've ever tasted. Thanks, Sarah! Pro tip: Convection baking provides more even browning and results in a taller biscuit.
