On Friday, December 13th, Corporate Council on Africa (CCA) was delighted to partner with the U.S. Department of Commerce to co-host a reception celebrating the President's Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa (PAC-DBIA) 10th Anniversary.   CCA has been a strong proponent of PAC-DBIA from its inception as it offers a direct line of communications between U.S. companies investing in Africa and are most senior government officials who are drafting and implementing policies impacting that trade relation.   This reception was a special occasion to celebrate every U.S. company that served on the PAC as well as the growing U.S.-Africa business and trade partnership.   We are grateful that Hon.
