🚨 Attention small business owners! 🚨 The No Participation window for group-level benefits is here! From Nov 15th to Dec 15th, businesses with less than 50 employees can enroll in group benefits without meeting the typical 75% minimum participation requirement for eligible full-time employees. What does this mean? Normally, getting 75% of eligible employees to enroll can be a challenge—especially for smaller teams and industries like blue collar. But during this special window, any size group can enroll without the 75% threshold! 🙌 For example, a company of 25 can have just 5 employees enroll and still establish benefits. 📅 Enroll during this period to receive a Jan 1st effective date. If you establish benefits with CareFirst, you'll never be subject to future audits as long as you maintain at least 2 W2 employees (including the owner!). Offering benefits isn't just about compliance—it's about staying competitive, attracting top talent, and retaining a strong workforce. Don't miss out! #SmallBusiness #EmployeeBenefits #OpenEnrollment #CareFirst #StayCompetitive #NoParticipationWindow #HRTips #TalentRetention
