Yesterday wrapped up an 3-month journey with the team at Cosmic Eats, Inc in the National National Science Foundation (NSF) iCorps program! 🚀 Over 100 customer discovery interviews later, the team has made incredible progress in understanding challenges in mushroom cultivation, validating solutions, and refining their commercialization plans. As an Industry Mentor, it’s been a rewarding experience guiding them through the process, but what made it even more special was reconnecting with local and national farmers and advocates for #sustainableagriculture.
