I’m a broken record 📣 ▶️ with the team that we strive for LeagueApps to be a platform for each team member to get more out of it than what you put into it…and that we require quite a lot. And over the years, I’ve tried to define better what a team member can receive from their LeagueApps experience 🙂 💰 🤝 🧠 ☀️ 🏫 This year, we experimented with a new wellness initiative led by our friends at Coya that I am certain is one of the most valuable programs for our team’s health and well-being (because I experienced the results myself) 🙂💪 20+ LeagueApps team members participated in a new wellness and longevity program. With the use of wearable devices (ŌURA or WHOOP), the program educated our team on the eight controllables (sleep, nutrition, movement, hydration, mindset) to drive habits that increase heart rate variability 😴 🍲 👟 🚰 🧠 The LeagueApps team benefits from better performance as our team members are more prepared for each day. But I’m most proud of the lessons and habit our team will take with them for the rest of their lives. Appreciate Leigh Hartman for leading the program on the LeagueApps side with help from our captains Grant Sirlin, Ellie Anagnostopoulos, Melissa Wicks and Nichelle Simon and Maddie Linde. 🙏 🥇 And special thanks to Nicholas Wooters and Jason Mejeur at Coya for pouring so much of their energy and high performance into crafting and leading this program for the LeagueApps team.
