    The CityRec Center is a true testament to community-focused design! 🏀🏃♀️ This 42,000 sq. ft. intergenerational facility was designed with inclusivity at its core, offering everything from basketball and volleyball courts to a walking track, children’s play area and a teen gaming room for e-Sports. With additional touches like a cozy café and lounge, multipurpose rental space with river views and flexible layouts for various programs, this center embodies the city of Belmont's ‘many threads, one community’ spirit.     Did you know the Cleveland Avenue Library is Georgia’s first LEED Platinum certified library? 🌿 As part of an $11M design-build initiative for the Atlanta-Fulton County Library System, our team transformed the space with expanded group study rooms, a vibrant children's reading area and vital accessibility and sustainability upgrades to create an inclusive, eco-friendly environment.
