A thalassophile is a person who loves the ocean, and we know of at least one in Wyoming: Patricia Thiel, Crafco’s Cheyenne Sealant Plant Manager. Pat has been with Crafco for 14 years, coming to us through an acquisition in 2010, and she still loves the challenges and triumphs of business in this industry. “I still enjoy the business side of things and new projects that create change and help us to be more efficient,” she says. When she’s not managing the complex operations of a manufacturing plant, you can find Pat reading, visiting a beach, or spending time with her four grandkids. “I love books to learn or escape,” she says, “beaches for relaxation, and my grandbabies because they are fun!” Looking forward to 2025, Pat is excited about making positive changes at work, spending time with family, and of course, spending time at the beach.
