Craig-Hallum Capital Group is proud to have hosted three events over the past four weeks that continue our commitment to provide idea-generation opportunities for our clients. The 15th Annual Alpha Select Conference was held in-person in New York, and the 4th Annual Online Gaming Conference and the inaugural Nuclear Energy Revisited Conference were held virtually.  We provided 1,500 touchpoints between the 108 companies that attended these events and the 400 institutional investors attendees. Congratulations to our client Semtech Corp. (SMTC) on the success of its recent offering in December 2024 where Craig-Hallum served as co-manager. SMTC is a high-performance, semiconductor, Internet of Things systems and cloud connectivity service provider.

Congratulations to our client Myomo, Inc. (MYO) on the success of its recent offering in December 2024 where Craig-Hallum served as sole manager. MYO is a wearable medical robotics company, specializing in myoelectric braces, or orthotics, for people with neuromuscular disorders.

Craig-Hallum recently completed a sell-side M&A transaction for Ollin Plastics, a leading plastics rotomolding company. Based in Monterrey, Mexico, Ollin Plastics specializes in custom manufacturing of high-quality rotomolded products. With advanced technology and a commitment to quality, Ollin Plastics offers design support, complex assembly, and foaming services. They were acquired by Rotovia, the global leader in sustainable rotomoulding solutions and headquartered in Iceland with 11 factories in eight countries. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Rotovia’s strategic growth plan, enhancing its ability to serve international customers across North America and supporting the company’s long-term vision. 

Congratulations to our client Backblaze (BLZE) on the success of its recent offering in November 2024 where Craig-Hallum served as co-manager. BLZE is a leading specialized storage cloud platform, providing businesses and consumers cloud services to store, use, and protect their data in an easy and affordable manner. 

Congratulations to our client Kura Sushi (KRUS) on the success of its recent offering in November 2024 where Craig-Hallum served as co-manager. KRUS is a technology-enabled Japanese restaurant concept that provides guests with a distinctive dining experience by serving authentic Japanese cuisine through an engaging revolving sushi service model, which they refer to as the “Kura Experience.”
