We are thrilled to announce a remarkable milestone achieved by our construction team at the Kindeva Drug Delivery project in Bridgeton, MO. For 500 consecutive days and over 231,000 hours, our team has operated without a single recordable incident. Safety is of utmost importance on this project, not only for our construction team and trade partners but also for visitors, operators and even future patients. As you can see in this photo, construction activities are happening directly adjacent to the active cGMP space we recently completed. This achievement is a testament to the proactive safety program and culture of care the team has upheld every day. A heartfelt thank you to everyone whose dedication and diligence made this achievement possible! #safety #projectmilestone

Simulation spotlight: Optimizing design from 3 CIP skids to just 1. While simulations are great for troubleshooting live issues, most manufacturers prefer seeing them on the front end of projects—validating the equipment, process and CapEx. Here’s a great study that used simulations to reassign and optimize CIP equipment that saved millions: https://lnkd.in/gEPb8wpP #pharmaceutical #consulting #SmartManufacturing

Still waiting months for your cleanroom to be constructed before running a smoke test? Here’s why computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is catching the industry’s interest for testing cleanroom airflows and HVAC while it’s still in the design phase. https://lnkd.in/gRS_h-8A Process Engineer and CFD expert Jayant Borana, P.Eng., walks us through how simulated flow patterns, particle distribution, and age of air can save projects budget and time. #hvac #CFD #biotech #pharma #cleanrooms

How do you create a highly efficient material storage strategy for a future warehouse and forecasted growth? It's not a trick question, but a challenge that The Ritedose Corporation recently presented to CRB’s consulting team. Our lean warehousing experts built a model and returned with a data-driven strategy for the amount of space needed to accommodate forecasted growth -- AND which materials should be stored in the new warehouse to minimize transportation time and touchpoints. Want to know more about this material handling equipment plan? Read the case study: https://lnkd.in/ggWnJpDF #MHE #lean #warehousestrategies #Biopharma
