If you or a loved one is on Medicare and takes prescriptions, please double check your coverage before December 7th! Medicare.gov has some useful tools. Reviewing your current plan during the annual enrollment period is always a good idea but it’s CRITICAL this year. Formularies are changing, the maximum out of pocket costs are going down for 2025 but that is only for covered drugs, if you take something that won’t be covered next year it’s on you to check and do something about it before December 7th. #medicare #prescriptions #healthcare #urgent

Daniel Kresh, CFP® latest article explores the power of habits, both good and bad on your long progress. Things like "Buy Now, Pay Later" options could make it way too easy to create a bad financial habits. “The road less traveled is the road of delayed gratification. If you’re willing to wait for the rewards, you’ll face less competition and often get a bigger payoff. As the saying goes, the last mile is always the least crowded.” James Clear
The journey to financial independence begins with budgeting and saving. It might be helpful to think of that practice as “Pay Now, Buy Later”. It’s the exact opposite of “Buy now, Pay Later” (BNPL) a phrase that has been popping up more and more which is precarious at best... #budgeting #behavior #behavioralfinance #habits #bnpl

Though this article is aimed at parents it's applicable to everyone. You can't eliminate uncertainty, but with resiliency it's possible to navigate. “The better you are at struggling—not in a toxic way, but the better you are at staying in a moment of struggle—the more resilient you can be. And so I think about that as a guiding principle.” #resilience #struggle #resilient https://lnkd.in/eAAqbZxj
