She is responsible for pricing, structuring, hedging, and managing a portfolio of CRE and CPACE positions, and evaluating exit strategies such as securitization and loan sales to identify the most beneficial options. With experience at MC Five Mile, Benefit Street Partners, and Nomura, JoJo has developed expertise in securitization, particularly CMBS and CRE CLOs, as well as portfolio management and trading of securitized products. Since 2021, Chloe H. Park has served as an Assistant Vice President on the Large Loan team within Citigroup USA Inc.’s North America Commercial Real Estate Finance Group in New York, where her team originates both SASB and balance sheet financings. Originally trained as an architect, Chloe transitioned from real estate development to commercial real estate finance, gaining experience in debt, private equity, and development. Introduced to CREFC during her master’s program at Columbia University in 2018, she has found it invaluable for networking and staying current with industry trends. As Co-President of the Korean Real Estate Professional Association, Chloe values well-run organizations and strong networks.
