  CREW Sarasota/Manatee is seeking 3 passionate individuals to join the exciting journey of growing and shaping our new chapter by joining our 2025 Board of Directors.   Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic about commercial real estate, proactive in their professional & personal life, enjoy working in a group setting but also comfortable taking responsibility and running tasks on their own. Prior board experience is a bonus but not a requirement. You must be a current member of CREW Sarasota/Manatee and renew your membership for 2025.   As a working board, members are expected to dedicate time to attend our in-person monthly board meetings (1st Thursdays), participate in our events and support our various initiatives.    If you or someone you know would enjoy being a part of our team, please complete the application in the link below on or before August 9th. If you are interested in serving as a Director (Treasurer or Secretary), please indicate that on your application.   Apply here: https://lnkd.in/eEp4UdU9

Last week CREW Sarasota/Manatee hosted our 1st Summer Social with over 60 attendees! Members & guests made new connections and learned about the many ways to get more involved in our chapter. Thank you to our volunteers and sponsors for making this event a great success!

Yep! We rocked it last night! Over 80 members within 5 MONTHS! CREW Sarasota/Manatee is the premiere CRE organization for our market! I won’t sugar-coat it (I never do), building a new Chapter is hard work! Raising funds (no the board is not paid), planning events, negotiating venue contracts, preparing and circulating flyers, finding speakers, all while working full-time at our “real jobs.” I am so honored to be serving with my fellow board members who share in my passion for this organization! We support each other in life and in business! Special shout out to our inaugural President, Erin Christy who keeps this group on task and always supportive, thoughtful and kind.
