Looking after and helping coaches is a critical task for all National Governing Bodies and youth sport organisations. The increasing expectations on coaches also mean that we are seeing less young coaches stick with coaching as a career. What will this look like in 10 years? On a more positive note, it is great to see Mental Health starting to gain momentum across the coaching world.
