The world's largest recruiter of remote full-time jobs, enabling world-class tech talent to qualify for elite jobs.
About us
Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014. We're the world's largest recruiter that specializes in elite full-time remote jobs, hiring the top 1% of tech talent from every corner of the planet. We find awesome talent in overlooked places, by posting jobs all over the world, and giving everyone an equal opportunity to prove their skills are world-class. Our system of AI-powered assessments is based on objective factors that are scientifically proven to predict high performance (e.g. cognitive aptitude). 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏𝐅𝐔𝐋 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐒: 🧑 Reviews from people we've hired: crossover.com/reviews 💼 Current openings: crossover.com/jobs 💎 Hire someone for your company: crossover.com/hire ♟️ How the process works: crossover.com/selection-process ❓ FAQs: crossover.com/help ~~~ 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise. Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions: 1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters. 2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely). 3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs. It's hard, but it's worth it!

Want to know which programming languages could actually pay the bills in 2025? 💰 I've spent the last decade watching developers chase the wrong languages because they're 'popular.' Here's the reality check nobody's talking about: The highest-paid backend devs aren't using the most popular languages. They're using these five instead 👇 1. Rust ($215K/year) 🏆 - Memory-safe paradise - Companies fighting over devs - Stack Overflow's most loved language 5 years running 2. Scala ($185K/year) 🚀 - Twitter's backbone - LinkedIn's secret weapon - Netflix's performance beast 3. Swift ($173K/year) 📱 - Not just for iOS anymore - Server-side Swift is exploding - Apple's ecosystem = premium salaries 4. Python ($161K/year) 🐍 - AI/ML goldmine - Django = rapid development - Everybody needs it, few master it 5. Solidity ($162K/year) ⛓ - Blockchain's native tongue - Smart contract goldmine - Web3 salary premium The real kicker? Backend-as-a-service is projected to hit $27 BILLION by 2033. Yet most devs are still chasing languages based on GitHub stars instead of salary potential. 🤦♂️ Pro tip: While everyone fights over entry-level positions with popular languages, these five have a serious talent shortage. Think about it - would you rather: A) Compete with 10,000 devs for a $70K job B) Be one of 100 qualified devs for a $200K position The math isn't hard. 🤓 #Programming #Tech #SoftwareEngineering #Career

You think you're crushing it with AI because you use ChatGPT daily? Think again. According to the 2024 Pluralsight report, 81% of IT pros believe they're AI-capable. But only 12% have ACTUAL implementation experience. That's a 69% delusion rate. 🤯 Here's what separates real AI masters from the rest: • AI Users: Deploy existing tools • AI Architects: Build automated systems Think of it this way: Using ChatGPT = Renting a house Being an AI Architect = Building a neighborhood The gap? AUTOMATION. Heather Lother, VP of Talent at Crossover, dropped this truth bomb: "Using AI tools is the same as using Google – it's not AI-first. If you're going to stand out, you should have automated some part of your workflow using an LLM – at the very least." Here's the formula that's creating the new elite: Subject Matter Expertise + AI Automation = Hyper Productivity Three steps to bridge the gap: 1. Learn the pros/cons of EVERY major AI model and tool for your use case. Not just ChatGPT. All of them. 2. Map your repetitive tasks. Document everything that eats your time. Then automate it. 3. Build your system. Use no-code tools like Zapier/Make to create your automation engine. 2023 was about experimenting with AI. 2024 was about producing outputs with AI. 2025 will be about building systems with AI. #AI #Productivity #FutureOfWork #RemoteWork
