CrowdOut Capital is pleased to welcome Eric Althofer to the team! Eric has been a good friend of the firm since our founding in 2015 and is joining as a Partner. In his new role, he will lead underwriting and portfolio management, as well as be actively involved in new deal origination. Eric has spent the majority of his 20-year career in financial services, having worked in strategy consulting, investment banking, private credit and buy-side M&A. Most recently, Eric served as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Finance/M&A at Live Ventures, a publicly traded investment holding company. Prior to his tenure at Live Ventures, Eric spent 7+ years at Capitala Investment Advisors executing and managing credit investments in their publicly traded BDC. Welcome to CrowdOut Eric!
