To ensure success, we must first have a clear understanding of the needs of customers. Once this has been defined, our team will put together search elements to narrow our pursuit on specific resources able to perform the necessary tasks. Several calls will take place as well as qualifying efforts before a decision is made to present them to our customer. Each candidate goes through a multilevel screening process before an interview is scheduled.
