Connect those experiences to the job you're applying for and show how you’re the perfect fit. ➥ The Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), an AI review tool used by 96% of companies, eliminates 70% of applicants. To beat the system, keep your resume simple: no columns, text boxes, colors, or graphics. Use one font style and no more than three font sizes. ➥ Analyze the job description and identify specific skills and keywords you can include on your resume.
