Data security and communications fortified with industry-leading technology. Security is our top priority at Cucumber Lighting Controls. Our security measures cover everything from user data all the way to the inter device communication network under Bluetooth Mesh. ✅ User data: Client data is stored in the Cloud using Microsoft Azure servers based in the UK. Access to any user data is protected by two factor authentication. Secure socket layer encryption is used for exchanges between the cloud and the user. Data stored in the Cucumber app is protected by secure login. Passwords are encrypted both in the internal app database and the backend Cloud database. ✅ Device configuration and network: A unique 128-bit network and app key is established within the Cucumber network. This ensures secure communication between devices. Messages are encrypted twice before transmission securing the system from unauthorised access.
