CIP is excited to welcome Dan Kurp to the CIP team! Dan joins CIP as a Senior Associate, responsible for all facets of asset performance and optimization for CIP’s growing multifamily portfolio. He comes to CIP with multiple years of experience in the multifamily asset management sector, overseeing over 6,000 units for a prominent Texas-based operator. Dan began his career in real estate within accounting and finance and ultimately transitioned into the asset management space, where he is an expert today. He is a Bloomsburg University Alum with an MBA and BSBA in Finance and is based in Dallas, TX. 

CIP is excited to welcome Austin Meadows to our growing team! Austin joins CIP as a Vice President, supporting all acquisitions, asset management, construction management and investor relations. He comes to CIP with 6+ years of experience in the multifamily sector, and with over $500 million in transaction experience. He most recently served as Vice President at a prominent Texas-based multifamily owner and developer, focusing on investment management, capital markets, and asset management. Austin is a TCU alum and based in Dallas, TX.
