And that’s a wrap! Our Winter Meetings have officially concluded. We’re excited to share that CWR Panama City's asphalt plant has also been awarded NAPA’s 2024 Diamond Quality Commendation for Excellence in Paving Operations! Earning the Diamond Quality Commendation represents more than an award—it reflects our passion for striving toward continuous improvement every day. It shows our employees, neighbors, and partners that excellence isn’t just a standard—it’s at the heart of who we are. We’re proud of the Panama City team for setting the bar high in the asphalt paving industry. Congratulations to everyone who made this achievement possible!

We’re thrilled to share that our SR 10 (US 90) East and West projects earned the Merit Award in the Heavy Infrastructure category at the ABC-North Florida Excellence in Construction Awards Gala! This achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and talent of our incredible team. Big thanks to everyone who made this success possible – it truly takes a team to bring transportation projects like these to life.

The CWR Winter Meetings are here! It’s a time for great food, new boots, and company swag, but more importantly, it’s about coming together as a team. Each year, we use this opportunity to share company updates, provide training, discuss benefits, and offer health check-ups. We also take a moment to celebrate accomplishments and reward the hard work of our dedicated employees. With seven meetings across our growing company, it’s no small task—but it shows how much we value and appreciate every single member of our amazing workforce. These meetings are a true reflection of that commitment.

We’re pleased to share some significant changes within our Panhandle operations. Matt Carden has been promoted to Vice President of the Panhandle region. His dedicated leadership has played a crucial role in our continued success. We are proud to see Matt take on this new challenge! Additionally, we’re thrilled to welcome Kyle Pilgrim as the Pensacola Division Area Manager. Kyle’s hard work and commitment have consistently delivered outstanding results, and we are confident in his ability to excel in this role.
