Take a bird’s eye tour of Cambridge Crossing’s newest life science building, 441 Morgan. Designed with institutional quality base building infrastructure, open and column-free floor plates, floor-to-ceiling glass, and five outdoor terraces. 441 Morgan is not just a workspace, but an environment where creativity and innovation thrive. Strategically located within CX, this new science building is home to Astellas Pharma’s Life Science Center (ALSC) featuring their first U.S.-based SakuLab, a shared laboratory space for highly innovative external partners. With access to all CX has to offer, as well as both Orange and Green Line MBTA stations, and integration within the Kendall Square ecosystem, connectivity is seamless for tenants at 441 Morgan and CX’s community of innovators. #NowLeasing #LifeScienceSpace #441Morgan #CambridgeCrossing https://lnkd.in/eHysmc-y

Cambridge Crossing is proud to be a neighborhood that is home to both major scientific breakthroughs and imaginative works of art. The breathtaking lobby experience at Bristol Myers Squibb’s 250 Water Street office exemplifies these elements beautifully with a kinetic chandelier that narrates the journey of biopharmaceutical innovation, setting a new standard in storytelling within scientific spaces. This installation not only visually captivates with its dynamic movement, inspired by the molecular structures of DNA and RNA, but also embodies BMS’s core mission of transforming patients' lives through science. Each element’s layered and meticulous design reflects the profound connection between science and art. The experience of walking through the lobby at 250 Water Street sets the tone for all who cross its threshold and creates a space that people want to spend time in, rather than simply pass through. It is no surprise that this experience garnered BMS the AV Magazine Award for Retail Project of the Year in December. Well done to everyone involved in bringing this inspired project to life! #ArtMeetsScience #Innovation #Biotech #BristolMyersSquibb

There is so much to celebrate and be thankful for during this season, including the 7-year anniversary of DivcoWest breaking ground at Cambridge Crossing and the evolution of a beloved community and place where innovation thrives. In this short time, Cambridge Crossing has evolved from a 45-acre underutilized rail yard into a flourishing neighborhood and leading life science hub in Cambridge and Kendall Square. Now home to global changemakers including Astellas Pharma, Philips, Bristol Myers Squibb, Sanofi, and AbbVie, a mix of unique dining and retail, new Park 151 residences, plus 11 acres of nature, CX has transformed not just into a place to live, work or play, but a vibrant, connected part of the Cambridge tapestry and beyond. Thank you to all who have been a part of CX’s transformation and to those who continue to make it a vibrant community welcoming to all. Here’s to 7 years together and many more 🎉🙌🏼 Scroll through to reflect on our 7 reasons to commemorate the past 7 years.

We are thrilled to announce that Astellas Pharma has officially opened its doors at Cambridge Crossing! Last week's grand opening marked a significant milestone as we welcomed Astellas to their new home here at CX. Astellas has taken up residence in two floors of our latest life science building at 441 Morgan, in a state-of-the-art space that combines both lab and office. This setup not only facilitates their innovative work, but the location enhances their connectivity with a well-established network of partners across Kendall Square and Greater Boston. The decision to choose Cambridge Crossing came after a meticulous search for the perfect location, with Astellas considering over 20 potential sites. DivcoWest is honored that they chose CX, and we all are excited to see the positive impact they will make on the future of healthcare. Tadaaki Taniguchi, Chief Medical Officer at Astellas, shared insights with the Boston Business Journal about their expansion and decision to join us at CX. This move signifies the growth of the Tokyo-based firm within Massachusetts, and we look forward to supporting them in their journey to improve lives through science. Welcome to the neighborhood, Astellas! Read more about Astellas at CX, link below.
