Aries Industries is already 25 years old! To celebrate this milestone, Aries Industries invited its employees to Puy du Fou on June 14. Over 200 employees attended! A brief history: 25 years ago, ACB and Cyril Bath Company left the Alstom group to found Aries Industries. This day allowed us to look back at the efforts and challenges we have overcome to reach this point. We made a special trip to France, where we were able to meet with our employees in Nantes to celebrate this anniversary. It was a great opportunity to strengthen international ties and exchange ideas for future projects.

Environmental savings equivalent to 14,400 flights from Paris to New York? That's the promise of the greenhouse gas savings delivered by our LFS120 machine: 12,800 tCO2eq/year! At Aries Industries, we're actively moving the aeronautical industry toward a more sustainable future. Our LFS120 machines, which employ Linear Friction Welding (LFW) technology, pave the way for more efficient production of titanium aerostructure parts. ➡️ It's an approach that delivers multiple benefits. Firstly, from an environmental point of view: The use of the LFS120 machines not only reduces greenhouse gas emissions, it also reduces titanium consumption by 393 tonnes per year. But the savings go beyond simply saving materials: it represents a concrete step toward more environmentally friendly aeronautical manufacturing. ➡️ From a cost-effectiveness point of view: The use of LFW significantly reduces the total cost of manufacturing parts. At Aries Industries, we're convinced sustainable innovation can go hand-in-hand with improved operational efficiency. Our teams remain committed to constantly innovating new solutions that responsibly shape the future of the aerospace industry. #AerospaceInnovation #AriesIndustries #Industry

Today, we're telling you one of our success stories! Our teams recently worked on optimizing the production process for an essential part of an aeronautical nacelle. Our customer's main objective was dual: to reduce production costs while maintaining a high level of part quality and reproducibility. Our approach was therefore twofold: 1️⃣Assessing the feasibility of the part itself, as well as on the customer's machine, taking into account the inherent constraints of the material. 2️⃣Complete support for the production process: Smartshape® with our FormCAM® software. The success of this project was the result of close collaboration between our design office, our materials engineers and our production department. Each party contributed effectively to the design, optimization and implementation of this project, giving the customer a "ready-to-use" solution with all the data for stable production quality. New machines are headed for India! 🇮🇳 Aries Industries is proud to be working with a new, fast-growing partner in India: a component manufacturer for the aerospace industry. Our Smartshape® technology allowed us to define the machines our partner needed and identify the tooling for these parts, ensuring they can start operations as soon as they take delivery of the machinery. Right now, we're working on two of their machines in our workshops and they're almost ready to be shipped to India. To meet our partner's tight delivery schedule, one of these machines will even be assembled on site! Check them out 👇 #AriesIndustries #Partnership #Technologies
