Attending NRF Retail's Big Show 2025 in New York was an incredible opportunity to engage with industry leaders and explore the future of retail. This year, I’m particularly proud to reflect on the powerful customer success stories we shared and the exceptional representation from our team. First and foremost, a sincere thank you to Christopher Davis and Nicole Zimmerman for sharing how they’ve transformed their customer experiences through OMS+. Their stories emphasized how real-time inventory data, automated processes, and an intuitive interface have redefined efficiency and customer satisfaction within their organizations. During our discussion in the SAP Customer Theater, Christopher shared how their investment in OMS+ resulted in a 20x ROI in the area of return management. Hearing how these outcomes translate to tangible business value for our customers is both rewarding and motivating. It reinforces our mission to empower SAP users with tools that not only enhance efficiency but also elevate the overall customer experience—a cornerstone of retail success in today’s landscape.
