New RSM Spotlight: Meet Matt Highland Matt joins the DCI Edge Team as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Memphis Territory. Matt began his dental sales career in 1997 as a Territory Representative. In November 2004, he joined a team in the Memphis Territory, where he built a strong business by establishing key dealer relationships and offering a robust line of products. Prior to this, Matt served for six years in the U.S. Navy Reserves, specializing in aviation weaponry and completing numerous deployments on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. Matt brings an extensive experience in dental sales and client relationship management, along with a proven track record of success with core equipment. We are excited to welcome Matt to the DCI Edge family!
New RSM Spotlight: Meet Greg Kuklinski We are excited to introduce Greg as our Strategic Markets Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Eastern Zone! Greg started his dental career in 1996 in West Allis, WI, as a Lead Office Designer. He became a National Design Manager by 2005. After nine years as a National Equipment Manager, he was promoted in 2014 to Director of Equipment and Technology. He then transitioned to the role of Senior Director of Equipment, Technology Sales, and Operations. In 2023, he was further promoted to Senior Director of Strategic Accounts and Call Center Operations. Greg brings a proven track record of leadership and an unwavering devotion to the industry. New RSM Spotlight: Meet Alan Phillips Alan joins the DCI Edge Sales Team as our New Schools and Government Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Eastern Zone. Alan has a strong background in dental sales. Beginning in 2008, he quickly gained momentum and consistently finished in the Top 5 in sales throughout his career. In 2015, Alan was an original member of a sales team responsible for launching a line of dental treatment centers (core equipment) into the U.S. dental market. He continued to excel, finishing in the Top 2 each year and achieving the top spot in 2016 and again in 2023. Alan possesses outstanding sales skills and deep knowledge of the industry.
