Founded in 2011, we have grown to over 200 dedicated employees working together to withhold our mission of “Serving Properties” and “Facilitating Success” to over 1,100 customers. We specialize in capital improvements to real estate properties and investment assets including multi-family residences and HOA communities, country clubs, offices, retail and shopping centers, hotels/resorts, industrial, and government properties. 🌟 Meet our 2025-26 Board Members! 🌟 Today, we are excited to introduce Crystal Ackerman (Alley). Crystal is a Business Development Manager with DCPS and has been an active member of IFMA since 2009. With years of dedicated service, she has contributed significantly to the Membership Committee, serving as Chair and Co-Chair from 2015-2022. Crystal also served as the VP of Programs for 2023-24. She now serves as the VP of Membership and will continue her commitment to growing and strengthening our community. Outside of her professional achievements, Crystal and her husband—both rare Colorado natives—enjoy outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and camping with their two boys and hunting dogs. They also love family trips to Mexico for scuba diving and fishing. Crystal practices yoga to stay grounded and maintain balance in her busy life.
