The Acumatica payroll module currently lacks the functionality to send employee pay stubs by email from the Payroll module. Some companies have chosen to use Business Events as a workaround, but this is not a great solution, and email is not secure. For greater peace of mind, I created a customization that will allow you to email pay stubs as password-protected PDFs. They can be sent to custom email addresses, enabled per-employee, mass-processed, and scheduled. This customization is available on a subscription basis and setup is simple.
