Today marks 16 years with Delta Dallas! Wow, how time flies! What truly made these years so incredible is the amazing people I’ve worked with. I’ve been blessed to be part of a company that feels like family, where the love and support from the Crawford family and my wonderful Colleagues is immeasurable. Over last 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some truly incredible people. Whether they’re still with Delta Dallas or have gone on to other adventures, they’ll always have a special place in my heart. Some of them are even my best friends to this day! A huge thank you to Linda, Don, Kim, Dana, Kimberly, Jarah, Tomi, Alba, Allison, and Emily—thank you for everything you do. I’m so grateful to each of you! AND...thank you for putting up with my "type A", "straightforward", and "fiercefully comptetitive" nature! 😁 You know I love you all! The February DallasHR Collin CountyHR education event, presented by LeAnne Lagasse, was nothing short of outstanding. I walked away feeling energized and inspired, especially after learning about the crucial role mindset and self-awareness play in building effective leadership. LeAnne's approach was refreshing and fun! Her ability to break down leadership concepts and make them relatable not only captured my attention but also made me excited to apply these insights in real-world scenarios.
