EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Meet Debora, a leader in our Information Systems and Services department, who has been with Delta Dental for nine years. In her role, she focuses on database platforms to keep digital systems running smoothly. Debora has helped establish a women-in-tech program and strives to keep work engaging and fun for everyone around her. One of the most exciting aspects of her work is the data inquiry and analysis. "If you're curious by nature, this is the spot for you," she said. Her favorite part about working at Delta Dental? "Hands down, it's the people I interact with every day," she said. "Especially when we brainstorm fun ideas and even when we get together outside of work." For Debora, building healthy, smart and vibrant communities means staying aligned with Delta Dental's mission and giving back through volunteering. She prioritizes contributing to the community whenever and wherever possible. Outside of work, travel is Debora's passion. "I feel most aligned when my next trip is on the books," she said. Another fun fact about Debora is that she is a twin!
