Derco celebrated a momentous 2024 with our employees at our year-end brunch! We couldn’t have had a successful year without the dedication and hard work from our staff. The Derco team looks forward to having another banner year in 2025! 

Check out Derco’s new hydraulic test stand, featuring safety and health improvements! This new stand increases our hydraulics capacity and throughput, while boosting our efficiency to better meet our customers’ evolving needs!

Derco’s Women’s Impact Network (WIN) and Military Veteran’s (MilVets) co-sponsored an event this week to support our veterans and troops. Fleece tie blankets were made in support of Soldiers’ Angels campaign for no-sew blankets. What a fun and collaborative event for a great cause! 

During the month of November, Derco employees brought in their excess Halloween candy in support of the Soldiers’ Angels Treats for Troops campaign. Ninety-eight pounds of candy was donated and sent to Colonel Mary Louise Rasmuson, Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. Additionally, our employees wrote ‘thank you letters’ to include in each goodie bag. We appreciate our veterans and troops for all they have done and the sacrifices they continue to make for our country!

Recently, Thai Aviation Industries (TAI) visited our Derco facility for our annual contract amendment signing. It is always a pleasure to host TAI in Milwaukee, and we look forward to strengthening our partnership in the years to come! 

Happy Veterans Day! The occasion of Veterans Day gives us a chance to thank all those veterans who sacrificed themselves for our country. Today we honor our team members who continue to make an impact in the military community while working here at Derco. #VeteransDay

On October 31st, Derco attended the World’s Aerospace Alley Tradeshow. Over 1,300 high school students came through during their career fair. Keynote speakers included leaders from across the industry, including Connecticut Senator Richard Blumenthal. There were over 100 suppliers in attendance, many of which support Derco operations today!

Although October is coming to a close, our minds are still on the Derco Capabilities Summit hosted earlier this month! Check out this recap video for an inside look.
