Delaware Housing Market Update – January 2025 Delaware’s housing market kicked off the year with rising prices, increased sales, and more inventory, but affordability remains a major challenge. ✔Sales up 17% – 901 homes sold statewide ✔Median sold price up 5.13% – Now at $379,333 ✔Inventory up 21% – 3,289 homes on the market ✔Homes taking longer to sell – Average 47 days on market (+34%) More homes are available, but the need for affordable options persists.
