It was a true honor to welcome Mr. Yukinori Kawashima to Desert Waters Correctional Outreach through the U.S. State Department’s Government-to-Government Exchange Program (G3P). Mr. Kawashima, a dedicated professional with 18 years of experience in Japan’s Ministry of Justice Corrections Bureau, took the initiative to research and discover DWCO on his own. His visit was an incredible opportunity to discuss our programs and their impact on staff wellness, as well as his interest in adapting them to support correctional staff in Japan. We deeply appreciate the insights he shared during his visit and look forward to hearing about the positive changes he inspires when he returns home. Thank you, Yukinori, for your dedication to advancing staff wellness worldwide and for making this a truly memorable exchange!
