Exciting week at Detroit Automotive Technologies this week and a critical week in our continued growth and transformation! The team under the leadership of Rhonda Fiero and Ian Gwin successfully passed our certification audit for IATF. We cannot wait to get that certificate in hand within 120 days and cross this major milestone off our transformation list! Thanks NSF and Paula Oddy for being part of our journey! Great job team!!!

Detroit Automotive Technologies is excited to annouce the promotion of Samantha Phillips to our Chief Financial Officer leading our path forward strategically and in the day to day management of our financials. Samantha brings to the team twenty years of automotive financial management combined with immense entrepreneurial sucesses. We are looking forward to Samantha leading us on our future financial path forward. Additionally, we are excited to announce the promotion of Ian Gwin to the Director of Materials and Procurement. Ian brings 25+ years of automotive manufacturing to the team with a strong background processes performance. we are excited to have his insight and leadership as part of our go forward path, materials, and purchasing. We had a great few days at the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) annual event! We were excited to reconnect with old friends and parnters and meet some new potential partners for our future!!! We consider ourselves blessed to be emerging from the covid, microchip, strike impacts on a path of growth! We are thankful for all of our partners that supported us through! Take a stand against safety week!!!! We were honored and excited to be chosen to partner with MIOSHA in take a stand day events! The safety committee shined in showing our improvements and getting ideas for more improvements in the future! We were lucky to get the inspector we had during an devestating accident in early 2023 so she could weigh in on the improvements made first hand. We are so proud of the entire team for how far we have come! #safetyfirst

May is mental health awareness month and Marisol Blair and Ann Marie Bjerke planned the perfect positivity board for the team to self reflect ❤️❤️. We finished the celebration with a cookout, bbq and potluck with our staffing partners ResourceMFG and new food service partners All Star Vending! Our potluck represents our cultural diversity and is always a great opportunity to embrace other cuisines. #teamwork #cultureatwork #uaw
