In his talk, “Maximizing a Viral Moment,” Dan compared Josh Cellars’ recent organic viral event to a wedding. “It’s the best day of your life, but then you’ve got to actually work on the relationship. The relationship with new consumers who are discovering the brand for the first time. And the relationship with consumers who have been following the brand for a long time.”
