Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Growth Intern to join our team. The Growth Intern will support various growth initiatives, assist in data analysis, and contribute to the development and execution of strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, working closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze data from various channels (social media, website, email campaigns, etc.) to derive insights and make recommendations.
• Support the creation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to align growth initiatives.
• Assist in creating and maintaining performance reports to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for growth experiments and campaigns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Growth Manager.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and growth strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in marketing or growth-related roles is a plus.
