A recent poll of 157 Linkedin medical and legal groups revealed that 67% of the responding members felt that physicians could not make a diagnosis without the use of medical testing. Nothing could be further from the truth. Physicians from Johns Hopkins Hospital have reported 40%-80% of patients are misdiagnosed, for two reasons.. REASON #1- the average doctor spends only 11 minutes with a patient, and spoke 7 of the 11 minutes. The Pain Diagnostic Test from www.DiagnoseMyPains.com has 72 questions and 2008 possible answers, and gives diagnoses with a 96% correlation with diagnoses of Johns Hopkins Hospital doctors. It takes a patient 45 minutes to 60 hours to complete the questionnaire, and answers are scored by a Bayesian analytic method (the basis of AI). REASON #2 - The doctors order medical tests with high false negative results. The MRI missed damaged disc 77% of the time compared to a provocative discogram (Sandhu et al, Cornell Uni.). and CT miss pathology 56% of the time compared to a 3D-CT (Zinreich et al, Johns Hopkins Hospital). The value of the questionnaire is that it is given before the patient sees the clinician and diagnoses are available 30 seconds after the questionnaire is completed. This allows physicians to have results in their hands when the see a patient, in the form of a record which can be copied and pasted into an electronic medical record, saving time on asking questions, typing, dictating, etc. A number of published outcome studies document the efficacy of this method of evaluating a patient.

www.DiagnoseMyPains.com, which is a B2C website, has added additional material to the website, and formed an alliance with www.PainValidityTest.com, a B2B website, using the same basic questionnaires from former Johns Hopkins Hospital physicians. Answers to these questionnaires are scored using Bayesian logic, and give diagnoses with a 96% correlation with diagnoses of Johns Hopkins Hospital doctors. The over-arching problem which both websites address is the misdiagnosis of pain and headache patients 40%-80% of the time.

Do you have client with normal MRI, X-ray, and CT, who have been told they only have whiplash or sprain?. Do you want to settle that case for $4,500 when you know that they really are still hurting? Former staff members from Johns Hopkins Hospital have developed a questionnaire which gives diagnoses with a 96% correlation with their own. This questionnaire costs your client only $19.95 and is available at www.DiagnoseMyPains.com. If these results tell you the client has more than whiplash, then get their treating physician administer the complete battery of test at www.PainValidityTest.com. Results from the chairman of neurosurgery of Johns Hopkins Hospital showed that 95% of these "whiplash" patient needed interventional testing, and when the proper tests were done, 63% needed spinal surgery. Convert "whiplash" cases into spinal surgery, thoracic outlet surgery, and traumatic brain injury cases more than 63% of the time. Increase your recovery, and get your client better care. This is a win-win situation. MEDICATION TREATMENT OF CHRONIC PAIN WITHOUT OPIOIDS-Physicians often treat chronic pain the same way they treat acute pain. However, the neuroanatomical pathways, and neurosynaptic transmitters involved in transmitting the message of pain differs between acute and chronic pain. This distinction is described in the article. Moreover, determining the type of tissue damage is a more appropriate method of selecting a pharmacological agent than mere symptomatic treatment with narcotics or opioids.

Johns Hopkins Hospital doctors published multiple reports that 40%-80% of headache and chronic pain and accident cases are misdiagnosed, primarily because doctors spend only 11 minutes with a patient and then order tests with a high false negative rate (MRI-77%, CT 56%, upright X-rays 98%). If you have a flat tire, you cannot fix it until you know why the tire is flat. If you have misdiagnosed and incorrectly tested patients, they cannot get well until they have an accurate diagnosis and correct testing. To help people who are not getting well, use the Pain Diagnostic Test questionnaire from Johns Hopkins Hospital doctors, which asks 72 questions with 2008 possible answers, and gives diagnoses with a 96% correlation with diagnoses of Johns Hopkins Hospital doctors. This questionnaire is found at www.DiagnoseMyPains.com. There is also a questionnaire for headache and possible traumatic brain injury. Use the Headache Diagnostic Test for this. The results give a narrative summary of what a person experiences and list diagnoses from most likely to least likely. So if you have a doctor who is not listening to you or an attorney who doesn’t believe you, or if you just want to understand why you still hurt, even with normal tests, take the Pain Diagnostic Test. Then review the results with the doctor or the lawyer. We have documentation that personal injury attorneys increase their recovery 300%, that anesthesiologist increase interventional testing 95%, and spinal surgeons increase surgery 63%. Most importantly.. 93% of patients who receive this testing get good to excellent relief. See the real endorsement letters on the website, with real return addresses on them. We have over 1,000 of these letter and emails from patients, lawyers and physicians. So take the test at www.DignoseMyPains.com for only $19.95.

A team of physicians from Johns Hopkins Hospital developed the Pain Diagnostic Test in response to our findings that 40%-80% of accident cases are misdiagnosed. These cases are called fraudulent, because of normal MRI and CT and X-rays. The Pain Diagnostic Test is a self-administered test which takes a 30 to 60 minutes to complete, and has a 96% correlation with diagnoses of diagnoses of Johns Hopkins Hosptial doctors. When the Pain Diagnostic Test was used, we found that 63% of patients previously called "whiplash" or sprain needed surgery to recover. Look at the testimonials on www.DiagnoseMyPains.com. So if your doctor is not listening to you, or your attorney is not believing you, take the tests at www.DiagnoseMyPains.com and show them the results.
